« Very quick stir fried noodles - BBC Good Food Show, Winter »
A quick and easy dish served up by our chef Rob Cottam at the BBC Good Food Show, Winter.
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of straight to wok noodles
- 2 sachets of Very Lazy chilli paste
- 2 sachets Very Lazy ginger paste
- 2 teaspoon Very Lazy garlic
- 1 lime zested and juiced
- 1 bunch spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- Soy sauce to taste
- Vegetable oil
Method:
Put a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and add the red pepper, chilli, ginger and garlic.
Cook for 1 minutes
Add the noodles and spring onions and cook for a further 2 minutes or until the noodles are hot.
Remove from the heat and add a splash of soy sauce, the lime zest and juice.
(Serving suggestions: coriander, bean sprouts, mangetout, cooked prawns)
