Very Lazy Paste Sachets

  • Make garlic mushrooms the lazy way by frying them in a pan of melted butter and Garlic Paste for a couple of minutes. Serve on toast. 
  • Mix Chilli Paste into fried minced beef, onions and tomatoes before stuffing into taco shells for a perfect lazy dinner with friends. 
  • Rub Ginger Paste over a fillet of your favourite fish before grilling and serve with new potatoes and veg. 
  • For fab loaded potato skins, scoop out baked potato from their skins and mix together with cooked bacon, cream and Garlic Paste. Crisp up the empty skins in the oven before cramming the potato mix back in. Top with cheese and bake until the cheese has melted. 
  • Wow your friends with hot and spicy fajitas - just squeeze some Chilli Paste over the fried chicken, onions and peppers and wrap up in soft tortillas.

Hot Chilli Paste

Hot Chilli Paste (1 tsp = approx 1 large red chilli)

  • Add a dab to chocolate cake batter
  • Mash into avocado for an instant guacamole
  • Mix into pastry dough before rolling out for savoury tarts and quiches
  • Swirl into pumpkin or squash soup before serving

Garlic Paste

Very Lazy Garlic Paste (1 tsp = approx 1 garlic clove)

  • Spread over a pizza base before adding your favourite toppings
  • Blend with mayo for an instant garlic mayonnaise
  • Mix with softened butter and use to make garlic bread/ garlic mushrooms/ top grilled steak
  • Shake with olive oil and lemon juice to perk up your vinaigrette dressing
  • Add a spoonful to mashed potatoes for fuss free garlic mash

Ginger Paste

Very Lazy Ginger Paste (1 tsp = approx 1 inch fresh ginger)

  • Beat into softened butter. Chill and serve with griddled prawns
  • Stir into whipped cream or custard, and serve with your favourite fruit tart.
  • Fold into rhubarb fool or add to rhubarb crumble.
  • Blend with fruits and yoghurt for a delicious smoothie.
