Ginger Paste
Very Lazy Ginger Paste (1 tsp = approx 1 inch fresh ginger)
- Beat into softened butter. Chill and serve with griddled prawns
- Stir into whipped cream or custard, and serve with your favourite fruit tart.
- Fold into rhubarb fool or add to rhubarb crumble.
- Blend with fruits and yoghurt for a delicious smoothie.
