Ginger Paste

Very Lazy Ginger Paste (1 tsp = approx 1 inch fresh ginger)

  • Beat into softened butter. Chill and serve with griddled prawns
  • Stir into whipped cream or custard, and serve with your favourite fruit tart.
  • Fold into rhubarb fool or add to rhubarb crumble.
  • Blend with fruits and yoghurt for a delicious smoothie.
