« Green Thai Curry »

A deliciously simple evening meal. Serve with Thai Jasmine Rice

Serves: 4

Preparation Time:
15 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 500g diced chicken breast
  • 400 ml can coconut milk
  • 1 jar Very Lazy Green Thai Curry cooking concentrate

 

Method:

  1. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan or wok and add chicken. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add jar of Green Thai Curry Cooking Concentrate and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add coconut milk and stir through.
  4. Simmer gently for 15 minutes until the chicken is tender.

    Try adding green beans
    Serve with Thai Jasmine rice.
