Your recipes > Lazy ginger & garlic trout

Mix a teaspoon each of lazy ginger and lazy garlic with a squeeze of lemon juice, a small glug of wine and some salt and pepper.
Put 2 pieces of trout on a tin foil with enough cut to make a parcel.
Top the trout with the marinade and close the parcel up.
Bake in the oven for about 8-10 mins.
Serve with rice or noodles.
