Haven't opened the jar or tube yet? It's fine to keep in your cupboard – it doesn't need to be in the fridge. As soon as you crack it open, check the label for exact storage instructions, but most products should be kept in the fridge so that they stay tasting great.

Check out the label on your product. Each product has a timescale printed on it to make sure it stays tasting as good as the day you opened it. Hopefully this shouldn't be a problem as we're sure you'll love them!
