Chilli Beef Tacos

Cooking Steps

  • 1

Finely chop up lettuce, carrot and grate the carrot. Set aside in the fridge.

  • 2

Peel avocado and remove the stone. Then remove inside of the avocado into a bowl, mash with a fork, adding a squeeze of lime, Very Lazy Chillies, Very Lazy Garlic and olive oil.

  • 3

If you are cooking with meat, you’ll want to brown that mince first. On medium heat, heat a little oil in a pan, add the beef mince and cook until nice and brown. Then, drain the fat juices before adding any of the other ingredients.

  • 4

Return the pan to a medium heat, season the mince with the Mexican seasoning, and cook for 10 minutes.

  • 5

Whilst the mince is cooking, combine all of the ingredients for the garnish and set aside, and do the same for the guacamole.

  • 6

When the mince is ready, build your tacos as you see fit - and enjoy!
