Mix together the flour, water and salt until a firm dough forms (feel free to add more water or flour tbsp by tbsp, it shouldn’t be sticky).

Leave aside for 10 minutes while you mix your Very Lazy Garlic and Chilli.

Divide your dough into two equal parts and roll them into a round ‘tortilla’.

Spread the garlic-chilli mix over the base of one tortilla.

Add your spring onions, coriander, and grated cheddar, leaving 1 cm all around the edges.

Cover with your other dough and press all the edges with your fingers, roll carefully to press the edges as tight as possible.

Fry at low heat until nice and golden.
