One Pot Garlic & Parmesan Pasta

Serves 4 5 mins Prep 25 mins Cooking

  • 2 tbsps of unsalted butter
  • 4 tsp of Very Lazy Chopped Garlic
  • 470ml of chicken stock
  • 235ml of milk
  • 225g of fettuccine
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 25g of grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsps fresh parsley, chopped

One Pot Garlic & Parmesan Pasta

Cooking Steps

    Heat the butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently for about 1-2 minutes.

    Add in the chicken stock, milk, and fettuccine. Season with salt and pepper.

    Bring the pan to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through, about 18-20 minutes.

    Stir in Parmesan. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk as needed until desired consistency is reached.

    Serve immediately, and top with parsley.
