In a large frying pan heat the oil over a medium-high heat.

Add the red pepper and onion and cook until soft, stirring frequently (around 5 mins).

Remove the veg and set to one side, add the chicken strips and cook for about 5-6 minutes until golden.

Add the veg back into the pan and add the Very Lazy Chipotle paste along with the water.

Mix everything together and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Make sure the chicken is cooked through, serve right away with warmed wraps and the optional garnishes.
