Pre-heat your oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.

It's time to get messy! Start by throwing all the meatball ingredients, bar the olive oil, in a large bowl and use your hands to combine. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and give it another mix. Use your hands to roll into 20 even-ish balls and pop to one side on a lined baking tray.

Heat a tbsp of olive oil in a large, non-stick pan over a medium heat and add your Cajun meatballs in batches, cooking for 8 mins until browned all over and pop back on the tray.

Bake in the oven for 10 mins until golden and juicy. While your meatballs bake, pop your pittas in the toaster and prep any other optional extras.

Load your toasted pittas with hummus, followed by your Cajun meatballs and any kicking extras! An absolute family winner ready in less than 30 mins!
