Whack your sauce ingredients into a large measuring cup/jug and stir 'em up. But make sure the stock is cold to stop the cornstarch from going clumpy!

Splash some oil into a frying pan and place over high heat.

Whilst the oil is firing up, remove the roots from the onions and dice 'em into 2-inch chunks.

Pop the onions to the oil and stir fry them for 2 minutes to flavour the oil.

Chuck your prawns in the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side.

Add in the Very Lazy Chopped Ginger and Garlic. Stir constantly for a minute.

Give the prepared sauce another stir and then pour it into the pan. The sauce will thicken quickly so stir it to coat your stir fry.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve ASAP!
