Cooking Steps

    Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Preheat oven to 200C.

    Cut the cauliflower into bite size florets and add to the boiling water for 8 minutes or so until tender.

    Place ¾ of the cauliflower in a blender with the garlic paste, Greek yoghurt and olive oil and blend until creamy. Mix in a bowl with the cheese, remaining cauliflower florets, spring onions and ½ the smokey boost.

    Place in an ovenproof dish/serving skillet and bake for 15-18 minutes until the cheese is brown and bubbling. Serve with crackers or warmed bread!
