Preheat oven to 210C.

Toss the tomatoes with olive oil, salt, garlic paste, vinegar and half the smokey chilli boost on a small baking tray.

Roast for 20 minutes, until tomatoes are soft and blistered.

Add feta and the remaining smokey chilli boost to the baking tray, scraping up browned bits and melt the cheese into the tomatoes by cooking for another couple of minutes.

Transfer to a bowl and top with chopped parsley.

Drizzle over the remaining chilli boost and serve with flatbread as a dip or spoon over the flatbread.
