Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.

Chop your pepper and onions and set aside.

In a hot, oiled pan, brown off your mince and set aside.

Whilst the pan is still hot, add the chopped onion and pepper to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes until they begin to soften.

Add your Very Lazy Garlic and cook for another minute.

Return your mince to the pan and add the cumin, paprika, Very Lazy Chipotle paste, tomato purée, beef stock and boiling water.

Allow this to bubble away until all the water has evaporated.

As the mixture cooks, roll out your pastry to oval shapes.

When the filling is ready, add spoonfuls to the centre of your pastry and fold together creating a spicy little parcel. Press the ends together with a fork and brush with the whisked egg.

Place in the oven and bake for around 20 - 25 minutes.

Once golden, leave to cool for a few minutes if you can help yourself. Then it's time to tuck in.
