Sticky Teriyaki Sausage & Mash

    Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and bring a deep pan of water to the boil.

    Lay your sausages in a baking dish and drizzle all over with Very Lazy Teriyaki Paste and veg oil. Time to get messy! Use your hands to thoroughly coat all sausages in your teriyaki and oil. Season with salt and pepper and bob in the oven for 30 mins until your sausages are cooked through and super sticky.

    While your sausages bake, pop your potatoes in your pan of boiling water. Season with salt and cook for 15-20 mins until tender before draining into a colander.

    It's time to get your arm muscles working! Add back to the pan (with no heat), throw in your butter, milk, sesame oil and salt and pepper and mash until smooth and creamy. Reheat gently over a low heat.

    If serving with veg, microwave your greens as per the package instructions and load onto a plate with your creamy, sesame mash and teriyaki sausages.
