Pre-heat your oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Throw together your chicken mince, Very Lazy Teriyaki Paste, salt and pepper to a bowl and give a good stir. Time to get messy! Use your hands to form into 4 juicy patties!

Heat a tbsp of veg oil in a large, non-stick pan and add your burgers, cooking for a few mins on each side. They should be starting to become golden. Once golden, bob on your lined baking tray and pop in the oven for 5 mins to heat through.

While you wait, heat the rest of your oil in a medium, non-stick pan and add your Very Lazy Chopped Ginger followed by pak choi and fry for a few mins, stirring as you go!

Now to make burger history! Spread 1/2 a tbsp of Sriracha mayo onto each brioche half, add a burger to each the bottom half and top with a pile of pak choi, before adding any extra faves and crowning with your burger bun lid! Perfect for a Summer BBQ or a cold winters night in!
