    Preheat the oven to 180C. Remove the camembert from the refrigerator and let it sit out for at least 10 minutes before baking.

    Mix the honey and the zingy chilli boost until well combined. Add a touch of the chilli oil to loosen if it gets too stiff.

    Place the camembert on a baking tray. Cut shallows slits ½ an inch apart across the top of the camembert, just through the rind layer.

    Bake for 15 minutes until it is very soft. As soon as it comes out the oven, top with the zingy chilli boost and honey combo. Serve with crackers, bread, or fruit.
